Columbians Drum & Bugle Corps

The Columbians Drum & Bugle Corps is one of the Pacific Northwest's premier youth performing arts organizations, bringing together young musicians and performers ages 14 to 21 to discover what they're capable of. Based in the Tri-Cities, Washington, the Columbians combine brass, percussion, movement, and visual artistry to create exciting, high-energy productions that challenge performers and inspire audiences.

As a proud four-time Drum Corps International (DCI) Open Class Finalist, the Columbians compete on the national stage each summer, culminating at the DCI World Championships in Indianapolis, Indiana. Through months of preparation, intensive rehearsals, and performances across the country, our members develop the musicianship, discipline, teamwork, and leadership skills that define the drum corps experience.

But the Columbians are about more than what happens on the field. We believe extraordinary things happen when young people are challenged, supported, and encouraged to reach beyond what they thought possible. Our members come from different backgrounds and experiences, united by a willingness to work hard, grow together, and contribute to something bigger than themselves. Along the way, they build confidence, resilience, lifelong friendships, and memories that extend far beyond their years in the corps.

Whether you're an experienced performer, someone discovering drum corps for the first time, a proud family member, or a supporter of youth performing arts, there's a place for you in the Columbians community. We invite you to discover the energy, dedication, and spirit that make the Columbians something special.
